Possession of Five (5) Credit level passes at ‘O’ Level from one examining Body, at not more than two sittings. These must include:
- English Language
- Biology or Health Science.
- One subject chosen from Chemistry, Food &Nutrition/Home Economics, Physics or Geography.
- Two subjects chosen from any of the following: Economics, Accounts, Commerce, AgriculturalScience, Government, Ethics or other Social Science.
A pass in Mathematics are compulsory. Candidates are required to sit for JAMB’s UTME |

Possession of Five (5) ‘O’ level Credit passes in SSCE/GCE or NECO in not more than two sittings. The subjects must include:
- English Language

- Biology or Health Science
- Chemistry
- And any one chosen from Geography, Economics, Food and Nutrition, Physics Agric Science, Commerce, Physics or Technical Drawing.
Candidates are required to sit for JAMB’s UTME |

Possession of Five (5) ‘O’ level Credit passes in SSCE/GCE or NECO in not more than two sittings. The subjects must include:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology or Health Science
- Any two other subjects
In exceptional cases matured Candidates with lower qualifications but with at least 7 years working experience in the Nigerian Health Information Management System may be admitted for the (NCIM) Program by the Board. |
